Job summary

JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Tech I in Worthington, OH. You will lead the service crew, investigate and repair leaks, and manage projects end-to-end across EPDM, PVC, TPO, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal.

The role requires leadership experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
A valid driver's license.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Able to work at varying heights and in diverse weather conditions.
Strong communication with clients, supervisors, and coworkers.
Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
Technology savvy.

Responsibilities
