Job summary

JB Roofing, a Tecta America company, is hiring a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in the Tiffin, OH area. You will lead the service crew, inspect and repair leaks, and oversee projects from start to finish to ensure top craftsmanship.

The role requires 2+ years of crew leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; safety and customer communication are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus!, English and Spanish.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for a commercial roofing service tech I at our Tiffin, OH location

You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
