Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent in Hammond, LA (serving Baton Rouge and surrounding areas). This full-time, in-person role leads Foremen and field crews on commercial roofing projects across multiple sites, ensuring safety, on-time execution, and high-quality installations.

Salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a 401(k) with company matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading Foreman and crews on commercial roofing projects.
• OSHA-30 hour certification
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• 5+ years of commercial roofing supervision experience (nice to have)
• Specialized training (crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, CERTA) (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality installation
• Coach and develop Foremen, conducting performance reviews and recommending advancement
• Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project
