Job summary

Eskola, LLC in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead the installation of architectural and structural sheet metal systems on commercial roofing projects. You will supervise a crew, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure safety, quality, and production schedules.

The role requires minimum 3 years in commercial roofing sheet metal, the ability to read blueprints, and a drive to mentor others.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sheet metal installation.
Proficiency in fabricating, assembling, and installing architectural sheet metal systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform the installation of sheet metal components per drawings and specs.
Supervise sheet metal crew, assign daily tasks, and train on-site.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet schedules and ensure material availability.
Interpret construction drawings and roof plans to ensure accurate execution.
Promote safety policies and conduct toolbox talks and inspections.
Maintain logs of work performed and report progress and incidents.
