Job summary

Texas Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead hands-on execution of multiple commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through field execution in Round Rock, TX.

You will work daily with superintendents and foremen, order materials, manage logistics, and protect margins while coordinating with architects and roof consultants. Strong focus on documentation and QC is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction project management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Ability to visit job sites regularly.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work daily with superintendents and foremen to execute projects.
• Order materials and manage logistics to keep timelines.
• Protect gross margin and monitor project budgets.
• Capture and manage change orders to reflect scope changes.
• Interact with architects and roof consultants professionally.
• Maintain clean, current job documentation and records.
• Support quality control in the field to ensure work meets standards.
• Make the GC's job easier by proactive coordination.
