Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience is required.
• 3+ years of commercial construction or roofing project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including low-slope, shingle, standing seam metal roofing, and wall metal systems.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations in the DFW region and other sites as needed.
• Monitor budgets and productivity metrics; update weekly to keep projects on track.
• Maintain labor schedules with a one-week look-ahead plan.
• Coordinate equipment rentals and manage costs.
• Oversee leak call handling and after-hours support as required.
• Prepare and review progress reports, payroll, and project documentation.
• Conduct site walks to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Mentor and train project teams for growth and development.
