Job summary

Corey Construction- Residential & Commercial Roofing is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate field operations, control costs and schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems who can manage field teams, subcontractors, customers, vendors, and project teams while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction or roofing project management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (low-slope, shingles, standing seam metal, wall metal).
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Comfortable working in both office and active jobsite environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobsites as required.
• Ability to respond to occasional after-hours project or service needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial roofing projects from handoff through closeout.
• Plan labor, materials, equipment, and schedules, including weekly look-ahead.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, equipment costs, and overall performance.
• Conduct jobsite walks and coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and final closeout.
• Provide regular project status updates to Operations leadership.
• Support hiring, training, and development of field personnel and project teams.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
