You will supervise crew activities on commercial projects, enforce safety standards, and apply expertise across EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR and roof coatings. Strong communication with project managers and clients is essential, along with reliable coordination of materials and labor.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising commercial roofing crews on active sites.
• Strong knowledge of single-ply, BUR, and roof coatings.
• Ability to coordinate materials, labor, and timelines with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage commercial roofing crews on job sites.
• Ensure proper installation and repair of roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR and roof coatings.
• Enforce safety procedures, including fall protection and OSHA standards.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and job-site activities to maintain project efficiency.
• Conduct job-site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
