Qualifications
- 10 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
- Experience with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems.
- Manage roofing projects from start to finish ensuring craftsmanship.
- Maintain safety guidelines and professional customer interaction.
- Track inventory and complete daily reports; assist in crew training.
- Attend meetings as necessary.
