You will manage project schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and interface directly with customers to maintain satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have 3–5 years of roofing experience, be able to manage a small team, and be detail-oriented. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing industry experience required.
• Must be able to obtain Military Base Access.
• Understanding of roofing systems, materials, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, locate and repair leaks in roofing systems.
• Manage roofing and repair projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily job site inspections with documentation.
