Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Knowledge of architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified bitumen.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license required.
