Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing is hiring for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the Garden City area, Georgia. This role offers proximity to home and a path for advancement within a growing national presence.

We seek candidates with 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial roofing, knowledge of multiple roofing systems, and strong diagnostic skills. A valid driver’s license is required and 5S standards experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing.
• Knowledge of architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications.
• Strong leak diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work.
• Solve problems as they occur.
• Keep work area in 5S standard.
• Safely perform standardized work.
• Continuously improve the process.
• Be at the job every scheduled day.
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible.
