Comfort Systems USA (Mid South) is looking for a skilled Commercial Construction Refrigeration Leadman based in Montgomery, Alabama. In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians, coordinating tasks and ensuring projects meet deadlines and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers and HVAC units.
