BMS CAT is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial reconstruction projects from scope development through closeout. This role focuses on commercial construction, subcontractor management, budgets, schedules, change orders, and client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience in commercial reconstruction, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and specifications.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in construction project management.
• Significant experience in commercial reconstruction/construction projects.
• Proven track record coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts and change orders.
• Experience driving projects from scope through closeout.
• Ability to read plans, specs and scopes of work.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple commercial reconstruction projects from scope to closeout.
• Own project schedule, budget, production, quality and profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain schedules, provide updates to clients and leadership.
• Review scopes, plans, specs, proposals and subcontractor pricing.
• Negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricing; manage change orders and RFIs.
• Track costs, commitments, billings, forecasts and profitability.
• Manage meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
