Modigent is hiring a Plumber III for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. You will perform journeyman-level plumbing work with independence, handle complex installations, troubleshoot, and mentor junior team members on site.

You must have 5+ years of experience, a journeyman license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. OSHA 30 and a valid driver’s license are preferred. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities across our nationwide teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive commercial plumbing experience.
• Journeyman plumbing license required (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform journeyman-level commercial plumbing tasks including the layout, assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, waste, vent, gas, and hydronic systems).
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project drawings to execute work accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Plumber I and II team members on the job site.
• Ensure all work meets applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Complete required paperwork, as-builts, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Actively support and promote a strong safety culture on every project.
