Job summary

S&T Plumbing LLC, based in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Lead Commercial Plumber to lead field operations on commercial new construction projects. You will run work, guide apprentice-heavy crews, coordinate with GCs and other trades, and help keep projects on schedule and profitable from underground through rough‑in and trim.

Qualifications

• Active Allegheny County Journeyman Plumber License.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial new construction plumbing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for commercial new construction plumbing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
• Supervise and support field crews, especially apprentice-heavy teams.
• Enforce Allegheny County plumbing code compliance and job site safety standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to prevent delays and rework.
• Manage materials, equipment, and daily priorities to keep 10-hour shift goals on track.
• Represent the company professionally on active commercial job sites and in project meetings.
