S&T Plumbing LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on commercial new construction projects. You will oversee underground through rough‑in and trim work, coordinate with contractors, and keep projects on schedule.

This licensed leadership role requires an Allegheny County Journeyman Plumber license and 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience. You will read blueprints, enforce plumbing codes, supervise apprentice-heavy crews, and maintain safety

Qualifications

• Active Allegheny County Journeyman Plumber license.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial new construction plumbing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans accurately.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing code and commercial installation practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for commercial new construction plumbing projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide work in the field.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain schedules and site flow.
• Supervise apprentice-heavy crews to improve production, accountability, and quality.
• Enforce Allegheny County plumbing code compliance and job site safety standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays and rework.
• Manage materials, equipment, and daily priorities to keep 10-hour shift goals on track.
• Represent the company professionally on active commercial job sites and in project meetings.
