Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience.
• Proven commercial, industrial, and/or retail painting experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to painting and construction activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and exhibit strong leadership.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to read drawings / blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Review manpower schedule on a weekly basis to determine field personnel needs.
• Conduct interviews, and hire painters as needed.
• Track field employees' progress and conduct employee reviews.
• Oversee training and safety of field employees.
• Manage safety functions and perform safety testing for field employees.
