Job summary

National Coatings Inc is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field teams on commercial, industrial, and specialty painting projects. You will manage scheduling, hiring, training, and performance reviews while ensuring safety, compliance, and productive site execution.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for success. Responsibilities include coordinating job setup, site visits, and daily project oversight, with a focus on teamwork, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience.
• Proven commercial, industrial, and/or retail painting experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to painting and construction activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and exhibit strong leadership.
• Able to read drawings / blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Review manpower schedules and hire / manage field personnel.
• Coordinate field and project activities; attend start-up meetings and site visits.
• Ensure safety, paperwork, and project organization across sites.
• Maintain customer relations and address client concerns as needed.
• Assist with production painting as required.
