Job summary

National Coatings in Denver seeks an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee commercial, industrial, and retail painting projects. You will manage field personnel, review manpower schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent or supervisory experience in painting projects.
• Proven commercial, industrial, or retail painting experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in painting/construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead and collaborate.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Review manpower schedule weekly to determine field personnel needs.
• Hire painters, conduct interviews, check references, and training as needed.
• Oversee safety, paperwork, and field policies.
• Coordinate project start-up, site visits, and material delivery.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and report progress and issues.
