Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent/supervisory experience.
• Proven commercial, industrial, and/or retail painting experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review manpower schedule weekly to determine field personnel needed.
• Conduct interviews and hire new painters as needed.
• Supervise field personnel and manage safety functions.
• Conduct job set-up, including scheduling and building reports.
• Manage customer relations and address client concerns appropriately.
