Job summary

Jamestown Painting is seeking an Experienced Commercial Foreman, Painter and Paperhanger to lead on-site crews for commercial buildings in Florida. You will oversee quality, safety, scheduling, and client communication while delivering high-quality finishes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial painting, leadership experience, and a valid driver's license; willingness to work weekends and overtime; ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders; authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the commercial painting field preferred.
• Construction management: 2 years (Required).
• Driver's license (Required).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 25 feet.
• Reliable transportation to/from jobsites.
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Commercial painting of existing buildings.
• Manage painting quality on every project.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ensures safe working conditions.
• Maintain tools and equipment used.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to take direction from supervisor and work with a team.
• 3 years painting experience with in a leadership role.
