Job summary
Comapp is seeking an Installation Lead to install and service HVACR and commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites in Orlando, FL. You will mentor a team, ensure work adheres to manufacturer specifications, and communicate progress to customers and branch staff.
Responsibilities include designing ducts, coordinating parts, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards. A strong background in HVAC/R installation and certification is preferred, with willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years installation experience with commercial kitchen and HVACR equipment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- Valid driver's license and driving record meeting safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead team in a safe, productive manner.
- Install commercial kitchen equipment per manufacturer specs.
- Design and install ducts and fittings as required.
- Communicate with customers and team about repairs and status.
- Coordinate part orders with the branch.
- Document tasks and timesheets accurately.
- Maintain service vehicle, tools and uniforms per policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
