ConServ Building Services is urgently seeking a Lead Installer in the Tampa Bay Area. The role involves installing HVAC equipment, troubleshooting complex systems, and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HVAC field experience (commercial preferred).
• Strong knowledge of installation practices, system design, and controls.
• Proven experience with refrigeration piping and brazing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation of HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, and specialty systems.
• Execute full system change-outs from demolition to final startup.
• Install and fabricate refrigeration piping systems.
• Troubleshoot and integrate HVAC controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
