Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Interior Designer for Commercial Design to lead complex projects and guide design strategy with clients and teammates. You will create concepts, coordinate finishes and Shaw products, and present solutions to architects and end users.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other visualization tools is required. The role requires collaboration across design, sales, and marketing teams, and involves travel for engagements and showcases

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Textile Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Interior Design experience.
• Ability to independently lead commercial design projects and engage with customers.

Mansioni

• Lead complex commercial flooring design projects from concept through completion.
• Create design concepts and product recommendations using Shaw flooring products.
• Present design concepts and rationale to architects, designers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across design, sales, marketing, visualization, and customer-facing teams.
