SAM Service, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead Installer in Albany, GA to lead installation projects for commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, ventilation hoods, and HVAC systems.

This role requires directing a project team, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and timely completion while mentoring installers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HVACR or commercial installation, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• 3–5 years in HVACR or commercial installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVACR systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
• EPA Certification required; valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to provide own hand tools.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform installation and activation of commercial equipment and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate removal of existing or outdated systems.
• Act as on-site lead, training project team installers on installation techniques and safety.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, timelines and standards.
• Order and manage tools, materials, and equipment for projects.
• Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and service manuals.
• Interpret technical data such as pressure and temperature readings.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team; document work and reporting.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site and comply with safety policies.
