Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Implementing and maintaining safety management protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop construction plans and schedules.
• Resolving issues or delays that may impact timelines or budgets.
• Ensuring all work complies with local and federal construction regulations and standards.
