Skillforce is seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician to oversee ongoing project work in Richmond, VA. The role includes leading service calls, preventive maintenance, and coordinating a small crew across multiple customer sites.

Eligible candidates hold EPA 608 certification, have senior hands-on HVAC experience, and can pass a drug screen and background check. A company take-home van is provided, with weekly pay and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Senior level hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
• Led or directed other technicians on commercial service work.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Clean driving record with take-home van provided.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead service calls and scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment at multiple customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair complex commercial system failures.
• Run the crew day to day by setting priorities, directing technicians, and checking work before a job closes.
• Plan your own daily route and the crew's workload with limited supervision.
• Make sure every visit is documented accurately and completely.
• Keep the company take-home van and all assigned tools in clean, working condition.
• Communicate professionally with facility managers and on site contacts.
