Job summary

James River Air Conditioning is seeking a Commercial Service Technician (A or B Level) to service our central Virginia commercial HVAC portfolio from our Richmond headquarters. You will work on packaged rooftop units, chillers, and split systems, performing preventive maintenance and on‑demand troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot chillers, rooftop units and ductwork.
Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain and service packaged rooftop units.
Diagnose and repair chillers and split systems.
Inspect and repair ductwork and airflow for performance.
Provide routine maintenance and troubleshooting for commercial HVAC.
Travel within Central Virginia service area.
