Air Systems Service & Construction is seeking a skilled Service Technician/Foreman for our Fresno, CA service area. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftops, splits, and chillers, while leading field work and maintaining customer relationships.

The role requires 10+ years of HVAC/R experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license. Union position with opportunities for growth and professional development within ASSC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and controls.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to service calls across the Fresno service area.
• Complete accurate, detailed service documentation and communicate clearly with customers on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on every job.
• Take ownership of your work and represent ASSC professionally in the field.
