Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician – Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

$38–$48/hr | Weekly Pay | Company Vehicle | PTO + Full Benefits

As we grow, we're seeking a top-tier Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician ready to take ownership of projects and mentor rising talent.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of apprentice technicians on job sites
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (walk-ins, rooftop units, split systems, etc.)
• Ensure service calls and projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Document service reports accurately and communicate clearly with clients
• Represent RLP Mechanical with professionalism, urgency, and expertise

What You Bring

• 4–8+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service experience
• Proven leadership or foreman experience in a commercial setting (preferred)
• EPA Type II certification and a current TDLR Technician card (required)
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across HVAC/R systems
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and time management abilities
• Valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record

• $38.00–$48.00/hour, based on experience
