Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our Energy Services Division across Texas. The role involves installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service of commercial HVAC and building automation systems both in-field and with customers.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform system tests, and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Qualifications

• Texas license required or clearly licensed to perform HVAC work.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC components to ensure proper operation.
• Verify performance of newly installed systems and conduct tests (airflow, superheat, subcooling).
• Replace HVAC components such as compressors, motors, coils, and heat exchangers as needed.
• Maintain safety and NFPA 70E compliance and document service reports accurately.
