Job summary

Enervise in the United States is seeking a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to oversee installation of large-scale systems on commercial and industrial projects. You will lead installation crews, ensure workmanship, meet schedules, and uphold safety and code compliance.

The role requires strong field experience, leadership, and expertise in complex mechanical systems, with customer interactions and coordination with project managers, contractors, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with project coordination.
• EPA Universal Certification and OSHA safety awareness.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects for commercial/industrial sites.
• Install, modify, and replace large-scale HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF/VRV, ducts, piping).
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Coordinate daily on-site activities with PMs, contractors, and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with codes and OSHA safety standards.
• Train apprentices and junior installers; troubleshoot field issues.
• Maintain project documentation, materials usage, and progress reports.
