Byrum Heating & AC, a NearU Company, seeks a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead commercial installation projects from kickoff to startup. You will oversee on-site work, mentor Helpers, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You're expected to have 4+ years in HVAC installation, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on rooftops and mechanical spaces. Byrum offers a competitive hourly wage, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities

Qualificações

• 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing installation projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
• Install and replace rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and duct systems.
• Read blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Coach and develop Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers.
• Verify airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and system performance.
• Perform equipment startups, testing, commissioning, and final quality inspections.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and team members throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Complete installation documentation accurately and on time.
