Job Description

Performance Mechanical Group is a leading mechanical HVAC contractor serving the Puget Sound area for over 30 years. We are seeking talented individuals to join our HVAC team.

Job Title: Lead Commercial HVAC Installer
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $25 - $45 (DOE) + Bonus Up To $5,000
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, overtime as needed.

Position Summary: Install packaged rooftop units, split systems, ductless controls, lead projects, mentor team members. Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform HVAC installations.
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Measure ductwork and install equipment accessories.
• Complete electrical connections and test systems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years HVAC installation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate.
• Valid EAP Certification and driver's license.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in furnace installation and HVAC parts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of performing duties.
