Job Responsibilities:

  1. Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and industry standards.
  3. Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
  4. Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations.
  5. Test installed HVAC systems to verify functionality, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering maintenance tips.
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  3. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation.
  4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  5. Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:
