Job summary

Greater Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning in Kentucky is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installation Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee projects from start to finish. The role requires strong leadership, blueprints proficiency, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred.
Previous leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Installer.
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and construction practices.
Ability to read blueprints and project drawings.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
Valid driver's license.
Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate commercial HVAC installation crews.
Oversee installation of rooftop units, air handlers, ductwork, piping, and related systems.
Review plans, schedules, and specifications to ensure quality project execution.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and workmanship.
Communicate project progress with project management.
Train and mentor installers and apprentices.
Support inspections, startup, testing, and project closeout activities.
