R&R Heating & Air Conditioning in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead installation crews across multiple sites. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, and mentor junior installers while upholding safety and craftsmanship standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential new construction, with leadership experience preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential new construction.
• Experience supervising or leading crews preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and builder blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High standards for quality and safety.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation crews on multiple job sites.
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Review plans, delegate tasks, and verify installations meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, builders, and inspectors.
• Perform quality control checks and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor and enforce jobsite safety practices.
• Train and mentor apprentices and installers.
• Track materials and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Provide daily job progress updates and documentation.
