Qualifications

7+ years overseeing large commercial glazing projects.
Lead 10–15 person crews on multi-story buildings.
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
OSHA 10-hour certification.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work from platform lifts.

Responsibilities

Direct daily field operations to meet project schedules, quality standards, and safety goals.
Lead a field crew of 10–15 professionals ensuring precise craftsmanship.
Coordinate material deliveries, field dimensions, and documentation with the project management team.
Maintain on-site communication with general contractor project managers and superintendents.
Oversee installation of aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, architectural glass, and metal panels.
Maintain accurate jobsite paperwork and participate in foremen meetings.
