Job summary

Advanced Window, Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Glazing Superintendent to oversee glazing projects across the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. You will lead field crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure safety and quality on storefront and curtain wall installations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on glazing leadership experience, read drawings proficiently, and are familiar with OSHA regulations. A company vehicle is provided; travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial glazing installation and field operations.
• Ability to lead foremen, glaziers and field crews.
• Strong reading and interpretation of construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field installation activities for storefront, curtain wall, windows and related glazing systems.
• Lead, coordinate and support Foremen, Lead Glaziers and crews.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and daily field operations to support schedules.
• Review project drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
• Monitor progress, productivity, installation quality and safety.
