Blue Collar Services in Henderson, NV is seeking a Commercial Glazing Estimator and Project Manager to drive our commercial glass growth. You will source leads, review plans, and oversee installations, stepping toward full General Manager responsibilities.

You will manage projects from $50,000 to $1,000,000, maintain a multi-million bid pipeline, and ensure safety and quality across field teams while collaborating with general contractors.

Qualifications

• Verifiable commercial glass estimating and project management experience in the Las Vegas market.
• A proactive, scrappy startup mentality.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar construction field.
• A highly organized, detail oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints using Bluebeam and WinBid Pro to provide accurate commercial glass estimates.
• Proactively network with general contractors to secure storefront and tenant improvement bids.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000.
• Maintain an active pipeline of $5 million in quarterly bids.
• Ensure all field teams meet quality and safety standards.
