GPAC is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial flooring projects from estimating handoff to final completion in the Boston area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management in commercial flooring, strong knowledge of installation methods, and a proven ability to coordinate customers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews. Travel may be required.

• 5+ years of commercial flooring project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage commercial flooring projects from estimating handoff through final completion.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, installers, subcontractors, and job-site activities.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
