GPAC LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Project Manager to oversee complex flooring projects from pre-construction to completion in a hands-on, deadline-driven environment. You will manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation while coordinating customers, general contractors, and installation partners.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of carpet tile, broadloom, VCT, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber, and polished/concrete systems, and can read

• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation methods.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Project Manager to oversee commercial flooring projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of commercial flooring systems, excellent project-management skills, and a proven ability to coordinate customers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.

This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional who can manage multiple projects, maintain schedules and budgets, resolve issues quickly, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial flooring project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation methods, including carpet tile, broadloom, VCT, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber, polished/concrete flooring, or related systems.
• Experience working with general contractors and commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to commercial job sites as required.
