MSNW Group LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Floor Care Technician to join our team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality floor care services and have hands-on experience with professional floor maintenance equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

This role requires 3+ years of commercial floor care experience, IICRC certification preferred, and the ability to lead and train staff. You will support daily operations, ensure safety, and maintain facilities in WA, OR, and ID.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial floor care experience required.
• IICRC Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor finishes, restoration techniques, and carpet care.

Responsibilities

• Stripping & waxing, buffing floors, grout cleaning, burnishing of floors, carpet cleaning, etc.
• Assist management in daily operation of contract services.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain floor care processes.
• Assist with staff training.
• Conduct quality checks as directed by Management.
• Perform general floor care duties per company policies.
• Maintain and repair equipment; report wear or damage.
• Keep equipment clean and functioning properly.
• Secure building and manage keys/equipment.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and respond to complaints.
• Record projects and process tickets.
