Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; must obtain within 6 months if not already held.
• State Journeyman Electrician License required.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• English proficiency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical work assignments and manage crew performance to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to keep work moving and reduce delays.
• Monitor workmanship and enforce safety procedures; address hazards and non-compliance immediately.
• Complete and maintain project documentation, daily reports, incident reports, and resource tracking.
• Submit accurate crew time cards and labor-hour records on time and in accordance with project policy.
