Job summary

NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This role supervises craft workers, reads blueprints, and ensures safety compliance and quality control on projects.

The candidate should have 6–10 years of recent commercial electrical experience, 3 years in supervision, a Wisconsin Journeyman license, OSHA 30, NEC knowledge, and a willingness to obtain 70E certification if needed. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of recent commercial electrical experience.
• 3 years of electrical supervisory experience.
• Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory.
• 70E/NFP certification or related awareness training preferred, not required.
• Pass pre-employment background, drug test, and MVR checks when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
