NEXT Electric, LLC, a growing electrical contractor, is seeking a full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The role oversees assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements, and ensures work aligns with project specs and safety standards.

You will interpret blueprints, manage daily safety reporting, and enforce NEC rules while maintaining quality and productivity. A Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license, OSHA 30 certification, and several years of supervisory

Qualifications

6–10 years recent commercial electrical experience.
3 years electrical supervisory experience.
Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License.
OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
70E NFP Certification preferred, not required.
Successfully pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers; plans labor requirements.
Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision.
Confirms completion & documentation of project daily/weekly/monthly safety activities reporting.
Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
Interprets company policies to workers; enforces safety regulations and tooling care.
Analyzes and resolves work problems; ensures compliance with safety and productivity goals.
