Kearney Electric - Communications in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Commercial Journeyman Electrician (Levels I-III) to lead commercial/industrial electrical installations. You will guide crews, ensure quality, and uphold safety protocols on major regional projects.

Minimum 4 years of electrical field experience or a Journeyman License is required; valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in extreme weather are essential. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of electrical field experience or active Journeyman License.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial/industrial wiring, conduit bending, and power distribution.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in extreme weather and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems per NEC and project plans.
• Lead and mentor apprentices, helpers, and lower-level journeymen as assigned.
• Coordinate electrical installation activities with other trades to support schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specs, and layouts.
• Assist with tools, materials, equipment, and inventory for assigned work.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow OSHA requirements.
• Complete field documentation, including daily reports and material logs.
