Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years electrical field experience with 2-4 years supervising or foreman experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-approved electrical apprenticeship or equivalent journeyman certification.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Proven track record managing crews on large commercial/industrial projects.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, layout, and installation of conduit, switchgear, lighting, and data/low voltage systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex electrical systems.
• Familiarity with construction software (Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Foundation, PlanGrid) and digital field reporting tools.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site electrical construction activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee multiple crews, manage field operations, and align work with codes and standards.
• Bridge communication between project management, field supervision, and client representatives.
• Plan manpower, material, and subcontractor needs to meet schedules and budgets.
• Maintain project documentation: as-builts, safety logs, and logbooks.
• Promote safety practices and enforce policies on the jobsite.
