Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Electrical Service Technician in Georgia. The role requires extensive field experience, deep knowledge of electrical codes, and a strong focus on customer service. You will work from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call and occasional weekend availability.

The position includes a company automobile and opportunities to advance technically within a growing national contractor.

Qualifications

• Completion of degree or certification from an electrical trade school.
• Minimum of 10 years of field experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes; prior service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ability to complete physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled job.
• Accurately log hours, upload job photos and receipts in the field service management software upon job completion.
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager and check email daily.
• Submit timesheet.
• Uphold professionalism in customer interactions and provide top-tier service.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues effectively and ensure all work adheres to electrical codes and company standards.
